Shipping and Orders

All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days from confirmation of order, subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment. We have a physical store, as well as the online store which brings in the risk of items being sold before online orders are processed. In the case we are out of stock, we will contact you with a ETD, and should you be happy with the ETD, the order will be shipped with courier. Should you not agree with the waiting period, we will refund you. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment including any tracking information if applicable.

Speed Services “counter-to-counter” and courier deliveries (24-48 hours) Door to Door are normally used to send our items. We may use different couriers depending on the weight, size and destination of the order.

All orders placed (if items are in stock) before 13:00, with confirmation of payment, will be send on the same day.
